Dear Tim Hortons, Coffee Time and all other coffee chains,

I would like to provide you with the following instructions.

How to make tea:

Step One - Put requested amount of sugar in cup with tea bag.
Step Two - Pour in hot water.
Step Three - Add requested amount of milk.
Step Four - Stir.

seriously!
i think the training actually involves teaching them how to make the tea in the most efficient way ... which defeats the purpose of tea.

it's true. unfortunately the kettle at work makes the water taste funky, so i have to rely on outside tea.

i'm happy that orwell agrees with my milk in last theory, but i'm not sure about tea without sugar...
