A nice foot soaking is something you definitely deserve! You run? Do you run often? I want to get back into running again but need to shed a bit of poundage so it's easier on the knees.
I need to lose some poundage as well. And I find that running helps in that respect. I was running about 4 days a week for about 40 mins a session for a while there. Now, I don't do nearly enough. I am lucky if I get 3 days in! I need to get on track. Exercise makes clothes wearing that more comfortable.=)
Good for you! I love running....it's such a feeling of freedom :)
I know what you mean about exercise, it does help clothes to fit better. I need to get back to the gym this weekend, cough or no cough. Things were going so well up until the point I got sick.
I've been seriously slackin'!!!!goldenlotus9April 27 2005, 16:28:24 UTC
I have been running off and on. But I let my gym membership lapse because I was hardly going. Since I have started this apprenticeship, I haven't been exercising regularly as I should. My clothes still fit, but I have gained most, if not all, of what I lost...and it's on my belly and hips!! I am getting back on it, though. I want to lose more and fit into smaller clothes and I intend to do so if it's the last thing I do. I keep telling myself tomorrow's a new day.
You may have lost fat and built muscle. That's why you are seeing 'even' results...????
