Medical Info: BLOOD TYPE A. Idk man. Does attempting to slit his wrist when he was really young count? He has a ~scar~ and everything.
Eyes: Brown. I WISH ANZAI would be consistent. If anything, there might be a Mary Sue hint of gold in his eyes.
Hair: Black / Dark brown?
Physical traits: SMALL. SPIKY HAIR (Is there a club for this yet). Always has a piece of cloth wrapped around his right wrist. Is very often to be seen carrying around this long bundle wrapped up in cloth.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Most things should be all right?
Abilities: Normal human, but shounen manga abilities! Koganei is the master of the Kougan Anki, which is this bigass weapon which can switch between 5 [6 actually, lol spoilers? Is this even a spoiler anymore] forms. I'm probably going to type a post re: the Kougan Anki. And here it is!
Notes for the Psychics: No barriers at all. Koganei is mostly :D :D :D :D but if you look deeper he has srs thoughts about home and the Hokage and Kurei and all. He's not emo!
