Unfortunately, the bonds of blood are easily ignored when there is power or money to be gained. Though I cannot very well speak of ignoring family ties, can I?
Sena does well. We still have yet to find her a husband, but I admit I am loathe to have her leave. I have not searched hard.

Well enough. Sevda does not write as much as I'd like, but her keepers assure me she is flourishing in France. Lucine is content with her husband and Arman seems as happy as ever.
How I wish I might write candidly. All I can say is that the kingdom should be coming to order soon, and that I cannot take full credit for Balfour's rehabilitation.

I've told the prince that February 14th would be a suitable date for the wedding, but I would be amenable to shift the date should the need arise.
