[meta] Some Sasori musings and a little bit on SasoSaku

zelha asked me about the Sasori meta that I've done when trying to figure out how to write the character, and since I'm a huge meta geek, I was happy to oblige with some. There's also a couple of Sasori x Sakura thoughts that ocurred to me from rereading the manga yesterday. :)

Also it's funny how all of this thought ends up mostly being put to use in smut fic; then again, smut is SERIOUS BUSINESS.

Wow! You have very interesting opinions and views on Sasori as well as SasoSaku. I pretty much agree with all you've said here, and enjoyed reading it! I also liked how you focused a part of it on how Sasori is one of the few who’s acknowledged Sakura’s strength. That's one of the main reasons why I simply adore the pairing so much!

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I could go on for quite awhile about Sasori and SasoSaku, but some of that is stuff I'd rather get across via fic. :)

I definitely don't think he'd bother with her at all if it wasn't for that. She met his standards at that point, lol.

this is actually helping me write this pairing better because it's sometimes hard to get into Sasori's head and the concept of the pairing, (especially since I am too lazy to read the damn manga and hoping they show the S and S fight on cable.)

So...I know I stumbled on this really late but its always interesting hearing how other people conceptulise characters etc and I enjoyed your insight so, for what it's worth, I thought I'd drop a comment. Firstly can I just say that this is quite a treat as I'm more used to hearing Sasori fans hate on Sakura for her part in his "death", people hating on SasoSaku or supporters seemingly liking to pair them up predominately just because they "look good together ( ... )
