Oh so slowly a little bit of the water starts to rise up in a spike, then it fans itself out. Eventually a very tiny bubble finally forms and separates from the rest of the water. It's so tiny Ginko might not even be able to see it from where he is. Vash isn't too happy with himself either as he lets out a rather frustrated sigh. This is taking too long. He needs an edge against Legato and Knives now.]

That bubble has long since popped before you speak up. In fact it pops almost immediately. He works on trying it again, but he only manages to get a little bit of water to stand up again. It's tiring work, but he looks up when you speak, softening his features slightly at the sight of a friend.]
