Brittin playing the game, in a spring-hinged chair, legs straight out, rocking like a mad man, screaming "WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"...

They could make a whole damn marketing campaign out of it. God, I'd even buy one! :)

umm... it can't support rich text? because i've never had any problem. not exactly sure what it is that you're talking about, though.

and you can get a battery replacement on your iPod for $69. i fail to see how this is such a terrible situation in comparison to your laptop that will not take in power AT ALL, and will cost $200 to fix.

every browser I've used to try and compose using rich text fails and freezes the computer. After getting tech help their advice was to either use a PC or don't use rich text on LJ to avoid the headache. As far as your shot at my laptop - I fail to see how it's relevant at all. All electronics are subject to needing repairs after they are dropped and damaged. If it weren't for external accidents, my computer would work just fine. As far as the iPod bullshit - yes I'm aware I can pay yet more money into it (since expecting to pay one price for something and have it work for more than two years is clearly unreasonable on my part) but you forget I also said my non-Mac FIVE year old mp3 player works just fine - so it's not only possible to make something that works decently in general, but it was possible 3 years before I bought my iPod - meaning Mac decided to settle on shitty battery ideas and wouldn't utilize better technology that's at minimum 3 years old...not smart.
