Awesome! I especially like this bit:

There are so many little mentions of things in here that made it a delight to read. Loved it!

That was stunning. Perfect POV, perfect retelling of the canon. Lovely bits when she met the other "ghosts," and an absolutely perfect, if heartbreaking, ending.

I absolutely loved this and like what you did with the prompt.

Nice twist at the end to, just perfect.

And the conversations between her and Jack were just so how I could imagine how they would talk to each other.

That was gorgeous. I LOVED this part:

(Hart didn’t usually pay much attention to form-well, except the human-alien-mammalian form-but this particular bit of etiquette had been ingrained in him since childhood. His mother wouldn’t have minded the illegal activities, but she’d have been dearly disappointed if he'd mentioned the ghost.)

Hart needing his mother's approval is priceless. This whole piece is amazing.
