Just getting out of work. Missed my train. Some bitch came in & raised a fuss about her bill at 7Pm exactly & stayed till 7:30. I hate people.

ah, the wonderful world of customer service -
BTW, the most adept customer service people I know of had backgrounds in either
early childhood education or client care for the mentally retarded...
not that I'm implying anything about customers by that...
