Much happening since my last update, not sure where to begin. Am guessing Christmas-- excellent haul this year, the most important of the gifts received being the previously mentioned backless dress and flowers but also my Prada parfum, Sophie's gift and the Burberry Paris perfume since that wasn't on my list, nor was I expecting a gift from the ( Read more... )

Was designated dan so had a lot of pina colada mocktails, as served up by Julia and gay Robbie. Enjoyed as many toblerones as humanly possible, with the sneaky help of griz. And one Milky Way and a mars bar. Fireworks display was very impressive, speeches were very sweet and not too long, and got to catch up with all your crew which was nice. Sophie took full advantage of the free alcohol and downed her beverages with surprising ease, and managed to at least maintain an air of soberity before we left to take her and Griz to Pendulum, where she proceeded to yak all over a.) the sidewalk by the maccas in the city; b.) Herself and my car; c.) the Vincent Street Freeway exit; d.) the bushes along Warwick Road. Accomplished in this order. It was a fair effort on her behalf.
Now you understand why this is Sophie's story. Still I had a good time, hoping you did too. Happy 21st!
