Is anyone reading Psyren? I sat down and read the whole series up to the current chapter on Monday and found it very entertaining. It reminds me of a cross between The Matrix, Yu Yu Hakusho and Bleach. There's action and romance and psychic battles and girls with katanas and time travel and payphones. Pretty neat

...Okay, LJ ate my damn comment, so I'm just going to paraphrase it and say that I'm very suspicious of what they're going to do with the pairing. I was hoping for a lot more tension and fighting before anything romantic happened. I think there's still a possibility for them to do interesting stuff with Soma and Hallelujah resurfacing and causing problems...but if they just off Marie, Geass- and Destiny-style, to cause angst for Allelujah, I'm throwing the series away in disgust. -_- I'm already cranky enough about them getting rid of one of their few female combatants in order to make her a sweet domestic girlfriend.

...But if they keep playing with Tieria's gender, I might have to keep watching for that bit of awesome. Dammit. DX

I KNOW. I'm dying to see if that's really Tieria in a dress next week, because it sure looks like it is.

And I agree with you about AlleSoma. I was expecting a lot more buildup but I guess they were relying on the build up in their childhood to sort of pull off the adult relationship. With Alle promising not to involve Marie in fighting, I can't really see what they're going to do with her. Hopefully we'll find out next week.

I've read about Gundam 00, but it doesn't really seem interesting as I can't really let go of the SEED series. There was too much kira!love, you see.

I've also not heard many good comments about it from close friends, still, there are many supporters out there, so would you recommend it?

Well, I would certainly recommend it, but I'm insanely biased you see. ♥ I've loved all the Gundam series and this one is really no exception. Gundam 00 sort of spreads the love around between the four Meisters, so you don't really get a lot of closeup character interaction like we did with Seed and Kira, etc. BUT! I think this series really makes you want to know the characters and the animation is amazing. I have super duper love for Tieria and Allelujah and...well, okay, I love all the pilots. This show is easily my most favorite this season. Have you ever watched an episode? You might consider doing so if you haven't, just to see if you might be interested. ♥
