Pairing: Seohyun/YongHwa, hint of OC/YongHwa
Rating: G
Genre: angst, romance
Summary: Can't you see, Seo Joo-Hyun is just........perfect

To tell the truth Seo Joo-hyun often thought she mirrored perfection. She simply doesn't need her teachers, her unnies, her managers, her friends, the staffs or her fans to tell her to make her realize the fact that she couldn’t get any more perfect than she already was.
Her hair was always neatly styled, not a strand was ever untidy. Her vocal ability was getting closer and closer to Taeyeon and Jessica unnie's abilities and her dancing ability was just as good. Her face was clean and clear as crystal, no spots or pores were rarely visible. Half of Asia adored her, wanted to be like her and simply just couldn't get enough of Seo Joo-Hyun, Girl’s Generation perfect maknae. Guys dropped on their knees and would kill to have her in their arms but lately something has been separating her from perfection.

Jung YongHwa, that was it.

“Hello, it’s nice to meet you SeoHyun-shii, I’m Jung YongHwa”

She didn’t know she would fall for a guy that easily, how pathetic.

The first time she saw him, she felt her heartbeats increased rapidly. His dazzling smile, his charming words and his powerful vocals, all those wonderful aspects of him were captivating. He was already perfect since the first time they met (even though he seems unaware of this fact). To her surprise, for the first time of her life, she wanted a man and she wanted him to want her as much as badly as she did. She was falling for him, hard and as they spend more and more time together, she was starting to lose all her concentration on everything, on school, on her career and before she knows it, her world was revolved around him.

People often tell her love will brings you joy, brings you happiness, love makes you complete but it sadly was not the case for her. Instead of all those wonderful feelings that she was told, she would feel. She felt lost, felt pain, felt torn, felt......imperfect. She preferred being in love with sweet potatoes, it might not speak, it might not have feelings but at least it didn’t break her heart.

Seo Joo-Hyun was perfect; Seo Joo-Hyun gets everything she wanted. It was true but now? That wasn’t exactly the case because when the shorter girl approached the two of them with her sweet smile, her porcelain skin, her perfect brown curls, her bright voice that YongHwa loved so dearly.
Seo Joo-Hyun was left alone on the cold bench with her heart torn apart as she watched him take her in his arm and press a light kiss on her forehead. It couldn’t be, its wouldn’t Seo Joo-Hyun, he didn’t love her like she loves him so much that it could kill her at some stage.
So she waved and she smiled, pretending that she was happy, that she was okay every time he walked off with the other girl, pretending that her heart was still there. When she knows full well that she has already handed it to the man standing right there, holding the love of his life.

When he touches her, she wished it was real, not scripted.

When they walk around in Seoul together, she secretly wished that he would hold onto her hand tightly and never let go.

When he tells her she looks pretty today, she wished that he would say it more often, say it to only her.

When he looks at that girl lovingly, she wished that was her.

When the recording start, she wished it never ends.

Seo Joo-Hyun wished Jung YongHwa loved her, only her and no one else.
