Okay so, instead of talking about anything irl like attempts at church (not going this year unless it's to Oak Hills; Max Lucado > Pastor "Obama is just like King Herod" Statt, kthx) or gifts I can't buy or wtfever.

Instead I'm going to ramble about TV because I can and everything is on winter break.

there is like an entire gundam franchise of scifi and ridiculousness.

but also, burn notice is a lost cause, imho. they've dragged the overarching plot so long, it's too frustrating to watch. i was told they renewed for two seasons so they can continue with larger storytelling, but i've lost too much patience to care.

Yeah, I'm torn. We got a Sam and Michael at Taxon which is making me go BN! NARRATION! SPIES, OH HOW I HAVE MISSED YOU! But then the show itself is spinning its wheels.

original gundam is vastly different from eva. i'm not really sure what the issue is, unless you dislike mech series. also, star trek?

i'm surprised there is a sam! he is the last supporting character i'd expect to be played, especially with jesse around or w/e his name is now.

I like mecha fine, I just don't want to like overdose on it and get left going "ugh fucking robots" because that would be sad. And maybe? My only thing with ST is that I've already watched a lot of it already and am familiar with it all, and I kinda want something new to get involved in.

Sam is fantastic! And sob yeah I didn't ever figure we'd get a Sam once we had Michael, but then BAM there was an app in the inbox and lo, it was good. I kind of expected we'd get a Fi right off the bat before Jesse, though, unless he's more popular in the fandom? /doesn't know

things that are fun: burn notice (i know a lot of fandom is like >| about this season, but i am actually liking it) covert affairs, psych, leverage (SRSLY WATCH THAT SHIT SO GOOD), white collar and community.

hmmmmmmmmm what else is there. :/

ALSO i would give chuck a second go, maybe? this season has been so much better.
