My favorite Doctor! *g* Nice chapter. Like Bingo quite a bit. And of course the Doctor has to be responsible in some way for Wotan. It just makes sense!

I hoped you would like this one because I remembered you saying about one being your favourite. This was, for me, the most fun. Bingo's character came entirely from his name, lol, and it was funny to imagine what the Doctor would do with it.

And of course Wotan would be all his fault! More things to feel guilty about... :-)
