But things always seem like they're going to get better but then they don't! Walter isn't going to stop, and he's going to keep killing people. And then there's Kirie, and all those other bad guys... It sounds pretty bad to me. This is so unfair.

There's always going to be bad things in the world, but it'll always keep going. Every bad event--death, for example--will give way to a new event, like birth. Erm, I know it's not exactly the same situation here, but the concept still applies. There's always something good to look forward to.

But it's still really depressing. It's getting harder to look on the bright side of things when everyone around you just keeps getting hurt and dying.
