I just...I can't bring myself like Giroro DX I dunno why, his voice (it sounds...thick?) just doesn't appeal to me. And yeah, Natsumi -does- sound like a ditz; Tamama's off too, like you said. Thank goodness for new dubbing indeed.
Ah, and I figured out what Kururu sounds like with the whole 'gu gu gu' thing: Quagmire from Family Guy. D:

...I've always had a mental audio bite of Keroro having this nasally 40-year-old man voice. Kururu does sound off, although I haven't watched the dub XD
