I get the impression that she believes Smallville is all about Clark and Lois. The SV mag had comments from Erica recently saying that as soon as Clois kiss, the show is over. Excuse me?

Clois is not the focal point of Smallville, the show is over when Clark and Lex complete their journeys into Superman and Supervillian. I can't even believe that she stated that Clois on SV is the equivalent of Ross/Rachel on Friends. But apparently a huge part of SV is some will they/won they thing between Clois. Never mind that they don't even get a lot of scenes together *shakes head*

Hilarious!

ED sure seems to like talking up the "Dance of Clois" a lot. She gets contracted for 13 eps and suddenly it's about Clois?.. nevermind that she has no real arc this season (has she ever?), doesn't move the plot along, nor has any impact on the journey of Clex. ED seems to think she's more important than she really is.

But her interviews do give us great PnL material :)

I wasn't being serious about the handholding scene.. I never felt as tho ED played attraction, but more like *eww my brother is holding my hand*.

I just think this is her attempt to play up something that's not really there.

That's funny... Erica must be a crappier actress than I thought, if she's actually trying to convey "odd attraction, but disgust with herself" because I see absolutely nothing to "soliify" that. The hand hold was awkward for Lois only because she's still in the "ew icky boy" mentality, Clark on the other hand was just being a concerned friend. But really, does she REALLY see attraction between Lois and Clark?

I don't think Erica *sees* anything that doesn't fit her agenda. Clark=star of the show. For publicity she associates herself/Nois with Clark every chance she gets. Even though storywise Nois is not at all important to Clark's journey. She comes off as thinking she's more important to the story then she really is. It's a pattern with every interview I've seen since this past summer.

Erica, crappy actress.. definitely.
