So I applied for a transfer early November, November 13 to be exact, and the next day I went into PHS to get my transcripts sent out. Donna Billig asked me where they were going, I told her, filled out my release form, and then left expecting them to be in the afternoon's mail. The following day, I go to my college's office, get my transcripts
