I love fusion cookery. My greatest triumph is a chindalianese meal. Basically a curry with chinese vegetables, indian spices on top of pasta with basil and garlic. I had it the day Rose came down and some how it was gorgeous!
I'm sorry about your dad... it's not the worst news though... I hope he's back up and fighting fit soon :)
Its based on an african recipie, and the cinnamon is one of the things it said i should put in! I used this weird site to find a recipie for the ingredients i had then used about half the ingredients. I didnt have any kohlrabies - which sound like diseased insane cabbages.
Chinese curries are the best tho! But i dont see those flavours working with bean sprouts hehe.
