new colour palette!

eh mind giving me some formal crit/personal opinion on the second picture (it's a full composition, almost done) or this style/palette.

i do like the colours, the movement. like a story unfolding. but the central composition of all these movement puzzles me. and i think it can do with some perspectives or maybe darker colours to achieve some sort of depth? it seems alittle flat at the moment
