A few nights ago I decided that before Conan O'Brien leaves NYC for California in I think 2009, I want to go be in the live audience for his show. Patrick said this could be a possibility and we'd go together. Maybe next summer. So I am excited

I know! I think they were just regular apartment buildings and Pratt bought them, because it looked like every apartment had one, and colleges wouldn't usually spend the money on something like that...
