[Compile] Urahara, Matsuda, Misa, Orihime

What was that saying that Jinta had been using the other day? Ah, yes. "Things are afoot!" Or was it 'evil'? Either way, the sentiment was correct. Something had been off in Karakura town as of late. Call it a hunch, but the shinigami simply couldn't let it rest until his curiosity was sated. His scientific mind was always whirring, trying to figure out the 'whys' of the world around him.

That would explain why Urahara had left the shop in Tessai's capable hands before setting off to find some evidence to confirm that his hunch was correct. He didn't bother changing into street clothes like Rukia and Renji, years of experience had granted him the ability to slip amongst the crowds unnoticed. The talent had been helpful in the past, enabling him to observe and meddle when needed. (The instance at the television show had been too close for comfort, unfortunately.) Perhaps it was this fact that allowed him to slip up so close to the group that Orihime was in.

He approached, beaming, "Ah, Inoue-san. How are you doing today?" It wasn't the deepest start to a conversation, but it did alert them to his presence. That would have to do for now.

Feeling as if the red-haired girl was a kindred spirit (very 'Anne of Green Gables'), Matsuda beamed happily at her. "I'm just a fan! I saw her at an outdoor photoshoot once, but I'm sure she hadn't seen me. There were so many people!" laughing, he nodded in agreement to the girl's words. "Everyone is a possible friend. It's just a matter of meeting them."

Blinking when a man with a striped hat approached, Matsuda tilted his head at the girl. So her name was Inoue? Well. Her last name, anyway. Suddenly, he felt uncomfortable. He knew her name, but she didn't know his. And it'd be awkward if he suddenly interupted and introduced himself.

So he remained silent, smile still in place.

Misa blinked. Suddenly, like, five things had happened at once. Some weird fanboy (with admittedly nice hair) had come up and started chatting with her like she was a friend from high school (which, actually, she got alot, considering she was such a famous model), but then, this weird creepy guy with a striped hat came up who knew Inoue-chan, apparently. What an odd reunion. Ah, well. She might as well pull it off as only an idol could.

She turned towards the fanboy and said, "Nice to meet, you fanboy-friend-san! It's always nice to have another friend!"

Then she turned to Inoue-chan and asked, "Why don't you introduce your friend here? Then we can all go to lunch together, how about that?"

Inwardly, she sighed. Being an idol could be so much work sometimes!

"That's a good philosophy!" Orihime told Matsuda, giving him a bright smile. She liked him already! "People are just friends waiting to happen. I'm glad you happened ---" She paused, realizing the young man hadn't introduced himself.

Then Urahara entered the scene. "Urahara-san!" she exclaimed happily. "What are you doing here?" Somehow she had never pictured Urahara as the type of person to take the subway. He seemed to be too much a part of his shop and Karakura town. Obviously, though, she was wrong.

And she needed to introduce. "This is Urahara Kisuke," she said. "He's my teacher. And he owns the cutest little store in Karakura town! Urahara-san, this is MisaMisa-chan. She's a model. And this is--" She stopped, still not knowing Matsuda's name. "A fanboy!" she finished happily.
