Ulquiorra refrained a look Grimmjow's way.
Grimmjow was too crude: both in personality and appearance. He needed to be stifled in some manner. Despite his place in the Arrancar, Grimmjow constantly forgot, rather ignored, boundaries and continued to push; disrespecting Aizen when Ulquiorra, nor any of the other Arrancar, daren't.
Ulquiorra kept quiet. To make a remark, however obvious -- though, even Ulquiorra himself had to admit how true Grimmjow's words about Karakura was -- was stupid. It'd only entice a look and immediate snappy lines from Grimmjow who’d berate him with no ground to his name. Ulquiorra had no interest hearing Grimmjow rant about anything. It was only rarely that the fiery-tempered Arrancar had anything worthy to contribute to the Espada meetings, and Ulquiorra was sure that even now Aizen would not be swayed to change whatever plans he had with Grimmjow’s ravings
