Sometimes you need to take a step back to find yourself again, but just don't isolate yourself, hun. It helps to have friends there to guide you through the difficult times. I haven't spoken to you in a while and finally found the LJ address you'd given me. Like Leslie says, sometimes it does help to take a step back and rebuild your life how you want it to be. Just live each day for you, doing what you want to do, your way. Thngs will better and easier I promise you.

I;m glad you feel better. Even a tiny improvement is an improvement. I know it's easy for me to sit here and lecture you but at the end of the day it's you who has to deal with everything but all I can say is that I'm always here to share your burden and you can talk to me about anything you want to. I know I maybe haven't been the most reliable person to contact these last few months, what with going AWOL from time to time but I'm hoping me and you can start fresh? So here goes...
