Shadow and Mephiles, since I am pretty sure Charmy hasn't talked to either Haruhi or Ahiru.

Haruhi really likes Shadow because he doesn't beat around the bush, not to mention he's fun and has an interesting love life. Shadow is one of the few people who, if came down to it, Haruhi would probably actually listen to. As for the "hedgehogs are aliens" thing, she was angry until she found something to be excited about five minutes later.
As for Ahiru, due to the nature of her world, him being an anthromorphic hedgehog isn't really that big of deal and she views him as being similar in character to one of her teachers. Stern but a good person deep down.
Mephiles? Haruhi hates his guts and he actually makes her a bit nervous and upset. Because of his mentionings of John Smith, she regards him as more of a threat than the usual asshole on the comm.

Haruhi adores Demyx to death. He's quirky, fun, and weird; everything that she could ever want in a friend. She loves the fact that he'll play along with her own weirdness (though she doesn't recognize it as "playing along"). It annoys Haruhi when he gets down on himself for not having a heart (which she doesn't believe to be true) or for what ever reason beacuse, hell, SHE thinks he's awesome and her opinion is worth more than anything else, in her mind anyway.
She also wants to see him and Alize get to together and is probably plotting on how to make that happen at this very moment.

Ahiru on the other hand likes Zidane and appreciates that he looked after her when people were trying to get her to look at 4chan. Much of his flirting goes right over her little duck head and so it really doesn't bother her.
