I fell down yesterday for no reason whatsoever. I was standing beside the bed, and suddenly my ankle gave out and my butt ended up in a box of garbage. I landed on my hand and my palm is painful with deep bruising only visible in the lines in my hand but hurts like a sumbitch. Also somewhat threw my back out. I've been hurting all day. I eat S'
