I haven't posted here in...how long has it been? Not months, or anything, but for a semi-regular poster it feels like something close.

I'm reaching the countdown !!DAYS!! until my Practicum paperwork is due (NO EXCEPTIONS!) and I am still not firmly placed. This is...something I can't even talk about still because if I think about it too hard, it ( Read more... )

Actually, the Arcade Fire one is rather pretty. And I rather like the one for REM.

Personally, I'm not inclined to get a tattoo, but I think if you are going to get one, it should be something you can life with not only now, but when you're middle aged or elderly, 'cause it's gonna be with you forever.

I love that you're not classifying us as middle-aged! It rocks. I love my tattoos, but I don't know if I can commit to one that may represent a band I won't always love.

I can not help you with your practicum (though I would if I could) except wishing you luck and keeping you in my thoughts and offer my ear (or eye) if you need to rant about it. I can however save other TV shows you love by never starting to watch them. Give me a list and I will avoid them because as for CM and CI I am the common denominator. I start watching re-runs of CI during the 6th season -- what happens the 7th and 8th. Now, I had watched re-runs of CM and now this season is gone to hell. I apologize and if you give me a list I assure you I will do my best not to let this happen again. ;)

Thank you for making me laugh for the first time all day. I won't take you up on your offer, though, as you are my #1 Buffy Fan friend! So if you don't watch the TV shows I love, who will I talk and bitch to them about? I mean, we have one more season of LOCI to complain about! I am actually looking forward to it. The complaining, I mean. ;)

There is also my theory that most shows peak around the 5th season and start going downhill after that regardless. Except Buffy. I don't care what anyone else says, those last two seasons rocked.

The practicum thing totally sucks, and I see why you're upset about it.

I feel really lucky that I haven't heard much of anything about March Madness. Yay for academia, I guess!
