How about orange? Orange is the color of pumpkins, and I had a really tasty orange spice creme steamer today at B&N when I picked up my Chuck DVDs. Is there such a thing as orange prose? If not, there should be.

I actually like the color purple, so I take offense that purple prose is considered a bad thing. Maybe I should aim for more of an indigo, though...
What would orange prose consist of?

Orange prose, I think, would be spicy and snappy and evocative and tight.
