My awesome and amazing coworker is being interviewed by a film crew for the Essence Festival (an annual African-American multi-day empowerment forum with concerts and seminars and such).  I think it's great she's getting the chance to do this because she rocks so hard: here all day empowering parents to stand up for their kids' educational rights,
