Hey everyone.

I'm doing my Honors Independent Study project on the attitudes, beliefs, and opinions of HPV and the HPV vaccine, Gardasil.

If you have maybe 10 minutes to complete a survey, I would really appreciate it. All answers are completely anonymous and are only used to gather statistics for my paper.

I wanted to add as a comment that the response since I've had this survey open (maybe an hour and a half or so?) has been awesome! Some of the comments have been very helpful, especially considering that there were some options on some of the questions that hadn't even occurred to me when I was creating it, so I do appreciate the comments!

I know many people have added that I should've given more options for question #16 (such as "Yes - But it shouldn't be mandatory") and that they themselves would get the vaccination, not just have their daughters get it. Believe me, I would have liked to added another 20 questions to this survey, but since this is on a much smaller scale than I would like, I am trying to keep it short (so people are willing to do it) and to a smaller point.

Thanks to everyone who has participated thus far! AND I really DON"T know who is who when you post responses, just so you know!
