The only time I can remember when something was possibly "more that just a game" would have been rolling a nat 1 when that was the only way Sasha could fail her save. Good-natured ribbing, even snarky, over football I expect. And no wounds are such that they don't deserve some salt. ;)

More?!???!? The Jags also have finally started looking like the team I was so fond of last year, so just be glad for what you got!

In all honesty, though, one thing I have to say for the Jaguars is they seem to get awfully lucky awfully often. I haven't been able to really tell if that's a matter of creating opportunities or just usual luck. I guess the rest of this season will tell.

I kinda feel bad for my current group, because since writing these I've really started thinking of ways that my campaigns used to be more brutal, deeper, and beautifully connected in ways that I've yet to really pull out with them. Of course I also thought my succubus was going to take someone down, so that goes to show that when I fear for them they don't need to fear as much!
