I just got an email telling me that I "don't meet the minimum requirements for need based awards," apparently based on my financial need application and my academic record. The thing is, my financial need application detailed exactly how I'm scraping through school on my own without any help from my parents, and my average is 92 fucking percent

This makes me so angry. Western is the fucking devil and I wish that you went to school here where they would give you scholarships and we could fight the bureaucracy together. I think you should protest! Grrr...
