Gungrave rocks. Gungrave is awesome. Gungrave is beyond awesome. Gungrave is the coolest thing I have ever seen, except it is cooler than that too. Some things are shifty, but it is still the coolest thing ever. Seriously. Yep.

I'm not kidding. Gungrave is it, yo.

Told you. And yes, Samurai Champloo is amazing too. Only about 10 episodes in, but the first was enough to get me hooked.

And yeah, Samurai Champloo is cool- in fact it is exellent for its genre. Jin's my hero, except Mugen is also coolness and Fuu gets mad props for not being annoying. Sad, but true. Oh, and the transitions in the first episode were good. Just wish the opening song wasn't so damn crappy. :D

Gungrave is an anime. It is about two good friends, who end up joining the mafia. When the anime starts, it is more than 20 years after that fact- one is the tyrannical head of the mafia and the other is, kind of, risen from the dead (thus the name) and told to kill him. Most of the anime is a very extended flashback on how they got to this point- the rest is, of course, what happens then. I don't think this description does it much justice, but its the best I can do.

I think that you would like it, if you watched it. I recall that you don't like anime thoguh, but I don't think you ever answered why.

Yeah, I finished it. I was watching it with two of my friends and I kind of got in the back because I didn't feel like getting caught crying, except then when we finished it turned out that one of my friends was crying for real and the other was also seriously depressed. :)

Actually, I was also really said about the entire Bunji thing. Because, dude, seriously, all Brandon had to do was say something- anything. And then, people would still be alive and stuff.
