I noticed this
Alton Brown says "uh" (as in "um", as in empty filler-syllable) a lot.
He talks relatively fast. I wonder... if he slowed down his speaking just a bit, and was just a bit more deliberate, would he be able to eliminate the uh's, and therefore convey the same things in relatively the same amount of time without the useless uh's?
