When we heard that the Sumire cafe would be closing, we arranged a TIL (Tokyo International Lolitas) meetup to go for the last time.

I always visited the Sumire no tenmado. I was so shocked when I heard that it closes... :( it was so sweet there.

There's still so much to see and do anyway! Now there's the Qpot cafe which is new and lolita friendly!
