I think I might go to Sweden. I found this hostel: http://www.hostels.com/en/availability.php/HostelNumber.5720 where you stay on a fucking boat. I need to go there and sleep on a boat.

That sounds pretty memorable. For more ideas, you could hide in a bookstore and flip through books like 1,000 Place to See Before You Die or Journeys of a Lifetime: 500 of the World's Greatest Trips in the travel section. I do that every couple of months. Also, it's worth noting that Alaska is pretty and green in the summer and not really cold at all. I went dogsledding once on a glacier at an Iditarod training camp, and those puppies were the fucking cutest I've ever seen in my life. Think about it!
