I would be able to pinch hit some of the requests, but not all. *useless* Sorry.

To be honest, we have enough other people so far that whatever you'd be able to handle is better than none :) Email the list of which ones you think you'd be able to pinch-hit to goodomens.exchange@gmail.com.

You've got my list. Is it necessary that I mail you anyway? I'm not sure I should since I was absolutely useless last year, but I do want to help if I can.

I have a pinch hitting question: Will it be like Yuletide pinch hitting, where you'll send out the prompts that need help and the first person to reply will get that prompt? Or will it be like some other exchanges I've heard of where everyone who wants to pinch hit a prompt will reply over a 24 hour period and then one of those people will get randomly selected as the writer? Or are you just going to randomly assign prompts to the pinch hit list?

It's a bit less formal than that, to be honest: if someone drops out at any point, we'll email all of you with a single message saying X person dropped out, and they had X prompt-set...who wants to do this? If we get to the point where we're 24 or 48 hours out, say, and somebody hasn't sent a gift, we can sometimes give extensions due to the fact we post one gift per day throughout December and some people can go later in the order than others...but let's say we hit absolute 11th hour and needed something, again, we'd email all of you and say, right, who can do this? If multiple people say they can, usually it's the first responder. I guess we take it as it comes.
