I like the list of "Things Aziraphale has Lied About" and Aziraphale and Crowley's respective moments of total horror. Very apt. ^_^

Thank you! (It never fails to amuse me how Aziraphale has once lied to God's face. And he can't even blame Crowley's influence on it!)

Oh dear GOD I love this! :D :D :D It is so bloody late at night that I can't leave a detailed explanation of all the things I love, but rest assured I will do so immediately tomorrow.

But one thing right now: Omg you used the screenplay of doom! XD I love you so much.

Eeeee! Since you shared the screenplay of doom with the world, I figured you'd get the reference and so couldn't resist including it. But I'm so so so so SO glad you liked it, really really!

1. It was really in reference to Aziraphale's claiming he lost it when meanwhile he gave it away... lying to God's face, even before he could blame it on Crowley's "bad influence..." Shameful >3 But sure, it could be War's sword.

2. And don't you wish there was someone you could set on fire to avenge your precious things? <3 Poor dear. Aziraphale feels for you, clearly.

3. *sigh of relief* As I understand it, Shadwell is basically a joke character making fun of people's poor ability to accurately represent British dialects... aka a joke that I will never ever ever be able to comprehend... so I'm glad I didn't fail too horribly at him. Or if I did, you don't know it either ;)

6. Aziraphalean (adj.): the state of being like Aziraphale. I like it too :D

8. ME TOO, obviously xD I don't knooow maybe it's because he's a nerd, but I like the idea he has little hobbies like making doilies and knitting so that when you f*** with him or Crowley and he pwns you it's that much more surprising.9. The screenplay of doom... I really ( ... )

Oh my, this is win all 'round. I love Aziraphale's quiet rage and Crowley's secret despair. And such excellent characterizations of Tracy and Shadwell! I adored all the little details like being banned from the Ritz...fantastic work, secret-author!

I like! <3 <3 <3

The list of things Aziraphale has lied about made me laugh, and I really adore the references to the screenplay in the 'alternate timeline.'

Madame Tracy sat down on his bed as if it were her own. “The silly thing fancies you, you know, and I would be remiss in my duties as an agent of love if I didn't smack you two and get you together. Really you're quite sexy so I can't imagine how he hasn't told you sooner. But before you get any ideas,” she tweaked his cheek, “you're not my type.”

I particularly love this bit, along with the "bribery is necessary to get anything done" remark from Crowley. The "old smelly books" comment of Adam's also made me laugh, although I can't imagine Aziraphale being happy if he actually heard said comment.

Aziraphale's heard it plenty, I think. He doesn't understand why people don't like the smell of his books, but he's not complaining because that means less customers :3

And I think he'll be doing his best to give Adam an appreciation for literature, at any rate xD

*cackles madly* Brilliant work as usual, dearheart.

I can feel that smirk, you know, and I insist that whatever ideas you're thinking... oh dear. Oh dear me no.

He's in arm’s reach, love.

Don't you dare!

“Mister Crowley? Mister Aziraphale has something he wants to give you,” Madame Tracy purred, reaching out, hand getting dangerously close to -

Before Crowley could so much as look horrified, the other hand snapped out and grabbed the wrist of the first before slamming it down onto the table.

“Besides, you would make such a fetching couple. Pitcher and catcher indeed ( ... )
