There's a lot of it about, modal shift or somesuch. Partly momentum, I think; I never did post much, but the odd lifestatus notes and linkspam I generated are just directed to twitter and FB now. Without those, I'm less likely to post anything more substantial; I suspect I'm not alone in this.

I do miss your posts though :)

I see you pop up on Twitter, every now and again.

It works well as a short-form communication, and for links. Where do you plan to post the occasional -but welcome! - long-form post and artwork?

I think I will probably set up a stand-alone blog somewhere. The thing is, I have lots of part-written long-form posts and part-finished artworks. But when it comes to posting them on LJ, it never seems like the right place or time. So a reboot seems necessary.

Yes me too. In particular I find myself scrolling over so many people thinking "shut up, I don't care, you said this three weeks ago", and the community I moderate has just gained its own personal Russian spambot that sends me several notifications a week. And the adverts before you log in oh god shoot me now.
