I've been toying with the idea of getting a used PDA solely to read fic and ebooks on, but I haven't really looked into it much. Glad to hear it is a possibility.

Oh, for what it's worth, I should tell you that the way I found DownloadStory was from this article which says it stopped working.

And yay for OpenOffice, indeed. I just wish they'd get their rears in gear with the Aqua already. X11 gives me gyp, let me tell you (though I still much prefer O-o on a PC). And I really wish they had a proper graphics component. O-oDraw is suckysucky.
