One of my favorite quotable movies is Roxanne, the Cyrano remake with Steve Martin. I remember seeing this at LSC and then quoting lines for...well...apparently a long time. This evening we decided to watch it, as it had been so long since we'd last seen it. For some reason we noticed the release date on the DVD case

Hey, 1987 was a *great* year for movie quotes. That's also the year that brought us "I wouldn't know a snowy egret if I was pissing on one", "That's funny, she doesn't look Druish," "you're in more dire need of a blowjob than any white man in history", and, of course, "Have fun storming the castle!"
