We're Canyon & Cascade and both female Mountain Lions born in 2002 in Northern California. We came to the Zoo the same year. I was rescued as a baby with my sister, Canyon, when our mother was killed by a goat rancher. Unlike my sister, Canyon, I was actually named after a fictional city from a TV show called, The Sentinel (my personal favorite, although Canyon prefers One West Waikiki - Oh, and I'm VERY proud of my name!). I'm Pooh Bear (no snickering, please), and I came to the Zoo in 2012. They believe that I was born in 2006 or 2007. I got my name from the cartoon character Winnie the Pooh, because we both love honey. I got into trouble by eating $8,000 worth of honey from a beekeeper in Northern California, which might be why I'm here now.

I'm Samba and a female coyote born just a couple of months ago. I came to the Zoo after being found when I was only a few weeks old. I had parasites, fleas, anemia, and only weighed 2lbs so was near death. You've already read all about Coyotes from Bonzai, so all I can say is...I'd like to belong to you.
