On October 23rd, Chuck bought myself and him tickets to see the Blackest of the Black Tour who had the following bands: Mortiis, Himsa, Behemoth, Chimera and, headlined by Danzig. During Danzig's set, the guitarist from the Misfits, Doyle, came onto the stage and played

Unfortunately, it is going to have to be the other way 'round. My work schedule is keeping me rather tightly bound to home. I didn't have any days off last week and doubt to get any this week.

Mortiis was originally in the black metal band Emperor. What he's mostly known for is the dark classical/semi ambient stuff he did after. A few years ago he switched to doing Skinny Puppyish industrial, which is what he's doing now.

John, you rock. *grins* In all honesty, people still are doing double takes that I went to a black metal show and was up in the front and everything. Still gives me chuckles. Shame that I didn't see you while I was there.
