Okay so on top of all the problems Ruben and I have had with the kids and his mom over the last few weeks, Ruben gets fired today. His boss pulled him into his office and said his 6 month probationary period is over and he has to let Ruben go. He wasn't working up to the "standards" that they expected. WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY EXPECT when they hired
