You know, this just looks like the cover of a book from the '90's about a lonely young man, shunned by his family, living alone in the city, hating himself for being gay - you know the type. And he falls for this gorgeous guy who just uses him and moves on - but perhaps going through that makes him hate himself just a little less (or more, depends on the genre you're reading).
