... Um...! It's been called Template for as long as I can remember. But it's been nicknamed Tokyo for as long as I can remember, too. I... I think this Template just feels sort of alike to my own, even if it does not look it.

Weeellll, not quite control, just very good at it. We can control it to a great extent though. It's encoded right into our blood. To do things like time travel we need a TARDIS. Mine isn't here and I assume the Master's was destroyed at some point.

Mm, parallel worlds often feel alike without being alike. Even people in it recognize that once they've been to both.

Ah, there's a park! A very lovely, big, open park. It's near the center of the city. There's a lot of little parks dotting around, too. I rather like the central one, though. It's got a very nice pond.
