What a great beginning. I love that when John shows up, Jay can see the difference, how the weight is off Dean.

This is such a lovely start; I'm definitely hooked--loving every minute. I love the way you've chosen to characterize Jay, and the way we get to see both Winchester impressions of him, and his impressions of them.
