[Since the invasion began, Sephiroth has been out and about slaughtering the fishy mobs who threaten the city, first escorting the doctors to their hospital and then once it was under sufficient guard he'd begun moving through the city killing what fish monsters he came across until reaching the plaza area where he'd teamed up with those there
