That'll show a "d" by the one that's deleted.

Or, try this: http://forbidden.dough.net/~archon/cgi-bin/ljfrcomp.cgi

That'll show you a comparison between your "friend" and "friend of" lists so you can see if someone dropped you.

Also, you can open up the LJ client, go to Edit Friends, scroll through the Friends listing and watch for any new blue arrows (that means you list them, but they don't list you). Hope that will help too :)

Sure, no problem.

Oh, for the console thing, the command is "friend list" -- there's a handy reference, but normal users can't use most of the commands.

The "friends compare" thing is very very cool.
