I have a friend who just recently became a mutual LJ friend. Not only that, but I've also added him to some of my filters (Relationships and TMI, specifically). However, he's never been able to read my friends-locked posts, and it's driving both of us batty (me, especially).

I've checked numerous times to make absolutely sure that:

Is he logged in?

Good question! One would assume so, but you know what happens when you assume...

I'll have to ask him that the next time I talk to him. That would be the only explanation I'd be able to come up with.

That's a good question too. I don't think so, but then, I'm only guessing.

You know, maybe at this point, I should ask him to chime in on this conversation and answer these questions (which are very good ones, by the way). In fact, that's exactly what I'll do.

OH SCHNAP!!!1!

I fail at LJ... jenk is correct. In order to access tmi, one must be logged in. Thanks for the tip, jenk.

We now return you to our regularly scheduled snow panic... :P

*snicker*

A friend of mine who used to work for a help desk told me that the very first question he would ask the caller, no matter what the problem, was "Is the computer on?"

It just never occurred to me that teeebone wouldn't be logged in. Thanks so much, jenk!
